Bowtiqi Terms of Service

By placing an order with Bowtiqi, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Orders & Payments

• Orders are only processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct contact and delivery information.

• Proof of payment may be requested before an order is processed.

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Delivery

• Standard delivery is 7–14 working days, but due to unforseen events can extend to 21 working days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, supplier delays, courier delays or circumstances beyond Bowtiqi’s control.

• Bowtiqi does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

• Customers must provide a valid email address and contact number for courier notifications.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Bowtiqi does not offer refunds.

• Exchanges may be offered where applicable and subject to stock availability.

• All courier costs for exchanges are for the client’s account, including both the return and replacement delivery.

• Average courier cost is approximately R140 per trip, meaning an exchange may cost approximately R280 for both trips.

• Sale, clearance, opened, used or damaged items may not qualify for exchange.

4. Product Availability

• Not all products are kept in stock at all times.

• Where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Bowtiqi may offer a suitable replacement or alternative.

• Customers will be contacted where a replacement or alternative is required.

5. Product Condition

• Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

• Any issue with an item must be reported to Bowtiqi as soon as reasonably possible.

• Items returned for exchange must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order, contact and delivery information supplied to Bowtiqi is correct.

• Bowtiqi cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

7. Changes to Terms

Bowtiqi reserves the right to update these Terms of Service when necessary. The terms applicable at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

8. Agreement

By purchasing from Bowtiqi, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service.
