Shipping Policy – Bowtiqi by Sam

Order Processing

All orders placed with Bowtiqi by Sam are processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders are prepared and dispatched according to product availability and supplier logistics.

Processing times may vary depending on whether items are in-stock or imported products.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timeframes are 7 to 21 working days depending on the items ordered, supplier availability, and logistics.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed.

Orders containing import items may take longer to process and deliver.

Customers are strongly advised to order import items separately from in-stock products to avoid delays affecting the entire order.

Courier Services

Bowtiqi by Sam uses independent third-party courier companies to deliver parcels.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier service provider, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier.

Bowtiqi by Sam cannot be held responsible for:

Courier delays
Lost parcels
Delivery interruptions
Damage caused during transit

Optional Shipping Insurance

Customers may request shipping insurance at an additional cost of R150 per parcel.

Where shipping insurance is selected and paid for, Bowtiqi by Sam will assist the customer in submitting a claim with the courier provider should a parcel be lost or damaged during transit.

Where insurance is declined, Bowtiqi by Sam cannot guarantee replacement or compensation for courier-related damages or losses.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of Bowtiqi by Sam’s control, including but not limited to:

Courier operational delays
High order volumes
Supplier delays
Import logistics
Customs processing

Bowtiqi by Sam will communicate updates where possible, however delays do not qualify for refunds.

Older Orders

Please note that orders placed during 2025 do not fall under this Shipping Policy and will be processed in accordance with the policies and conditions applicable at the time those orders were placed.
