By accessing or purchasing from Bowtiqi, you acknowledge and agree to the following legal notice and terms.

2. Product Information

Bowtiqi makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. However, colours, packaging, product specifications and availability may vary.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices and stock availability may change without prior notice. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, Bowtiqi may contact the customer to arrange an alternative or suitable replacement.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is 7–14 working days and, due to unforeseen circumstances, may extend to 21 working days or longer. Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, stock availability or circumstances outside Bowtiqi's reasonable control do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Bowtiqi does not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered where applicable and subject to stock availability and the condition of the product.

All courier costs relating to exchanges are for the customer's account. The average courier cost is approximately R140 per trip, meaning an exchange may require approximately R280 for both courier trips.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery, contact and order information. Bowtiqi cannot accept responsibility for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable South African law, Bowtiqi will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, supplier issues, courier delays, stock shortages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

All Bowtiqi branding, logos, photographs, website content, graphics, text and other original material remain the property of Bowtiqi or their respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
