Bowtiqi Refund & Returns Policy

No Refunds:
Bowtiqi does not offer refunds once an order has been processed or paid for.

Exchanges:
We are happy to offer an exchange where applicable. Items must be returned in their original, unused and saleable condition.

Courier Costs:
All courier costs relating to an exchange are for the client’s account, including the cost of sending the item back to Bowtiqi and the cost of sending the replacement item to the client.

The average courier cost is approximately R140 per delivery, meaning an exchange may cost approximately R280 for both courier trips. Actual courier fees may vary depending on location and parcel size.

Important:

• Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• We reserve the right to offer a suitable replacement if the original item is no longer available.
• Sale, clearance, opened or used items may be excluded from exchanges.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery details.
