Bowtiqi – New Release Fragrance Disclaimer

By purchasing any newly released fragrance from Bowtiqi, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Authenticity
  All fragrances sold by Bowtiqi are authentic unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description.
• New Release Variability
  Newly released fragrances may vary in scent profile, longevity, projection, and performance compared to expectations, reviews, or previous batches. Fragrance perception is subjective and may differ from person to person.
• No Refunds or Exchanges
  Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations in South Africa, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on new release items once purchased, unless the item is proven to be defective.
• Defective Items
  In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty atomizer), this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof. Resolution will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
• Pre-Order & Launch Items
  Some new releases may be sold as pre-orders. Delivery timelines may vary due to supplier delays, customs clearance, or logistics. By purchasing, you accept these potential delays.
• Packaging & Batch Differences
  Packaging, bottle design, or batch variations may differ from promotional images due to manufacturer updates or regional releases.
• Use at Own Risk
  Customers with sensitivities or allergies should review fragrance notes before purchasing. Bowtiqi will not be held liable for any adverse reactions.
